Patrick has over 30 years of Leadership experience starting back to his early years teaching and coaching. He started his sales career in 2000 as a Sales Rep covering Oklahoma/Arkansas to becoming a Vice President of Sales and Operations overseeing a Region of $100 mm plus in gross revenue in 2014. Patrick has worked for publicly traded companies such as Springs Window Fashions, Hunter Douglas SE in the Wholesale / Distribution sector, StoneMor Partners, the 2nd largest owner/operator of cemeteries and funerals homes, as well as PE backed companies McAlister’s Deli owned by PE firm Roark Capital and THHC owner and operator of ACE Hardware stores owned by PE firm JPB. Patrick’s ability to adapt to different industries and cultures what has made him successful and given him the ability to grow in his leadership roles. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation with a Minor in Secondary Social Studies.

As VP of Sales and Operations with StoneMor Partners, he gained great insight and knowledge in Mergers/Acquisitions, Budgets, P&L’s, Sales growth, Operations Excellence and EBITDA management. Patrick brings that same knowledge as well as his greatest asset of building, developing and growing not only driven productive teams, but also sales and operations.
