Jamee Thrush is an experienced corporate executive, having held top leadership positions for over two decades. Previously Senior Vice-President of Field Operations for KinderCare Education, the largest early childhood education company in the United States, Jamee is a visionary leader. She has extensive knowledge of education, systems management, operations, and cultivating talent.

She has a proven record of effectively managing turn-around projects while building consensus. With a special interest in early education, Jamee is also the Founder and CEO of Thrush Humanity, a consulting firm offering expertise in business turnarounds, growth and acquisitions, and scaling operations. Passionate about transforming company cultures and creating exceptional experiences for employees and families, Jamee is an advocate for early childhood education.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education administration from Purdue Global and the University of Illinois. She resides with her family in Vancouver, Washington.
